Tuition Reimbursement

PDQ provides tuition reimbursement for eligible full-time and part-time employees who attend an accredited college or university.

  • Eligibility - an employee seeking tuition reimbursement must be employed prior to the start of any term for which reimbursement is sought and actively employed at the end of the term.

  • Reimbursement Amounts - a full-time employee may receive up to $2,000 in tuition reimbursement per calendar year while a part-time employee may receive up to $1,000 in tuition reimbursement per calendar year. Reimbursement cannot exceed an employee's actual out of pocket costs.

  • Minimum Grade Requirement - a grade of "C" or better must be attained in each course for which reimbursement is sought.
 
  • Paperwork - within 14 days of the term start date for which reimbursement is sought, the employee/student must complete a "Tuition Reimbursement Application" and submit it to the Administrative Office in Middleton, Wisconsin. Within 45 days of the end of the term, the employee/student must complete the "Tuition Reimbursement Completion Form" and submit it along with the required documentation to the Administrative Office in Middleton, Wisconsin.
