- Paperwork - within 14 days of the term start date for which reimbursement
is sought, the employee/student must complete a "Tuition Reimbursement
Application" and submit it to the Administrative Office in Middleton,
Wisconsin. Within 45 days of the end of the term, the employee/student
must complete the "Tuition Reimbursement Completion Form" and submit it
along with the required documentation to the Administrative Office in
Middleton, Wisconsin.
A complete Tuition Reimbursement Plan will be provided to you upon hiring.
